The CERTOLIO project — certification of varietal composition, geographic origin and the absence of synthetic products in extra virgin olive oils — aims to develop a methodology that allows Certification Bodies and organic farming operators to rely on a certification able to reassure consumers while adding value to their production.
Spread Bio Oil
SPREAD BIO OIL is a technology transfer and research valorisation project aimed at developing industrial and technological processes capable of adding value to the by-products of organic olive oil production. The project targets the manufacture of innovative, controlled-consistency emulsions for the food and cosmetics industries.
Risma
SPIN took part in the RISMA project, funded by MIUR, to define and activate structural adjustment and reinforcement interventions. SPIN's contribution included market studies to explore new opportunities, industrial plans, development and strengthening plans for new entrepreneurship, and plans for international promotion and trade missions, with particular focus on the Mediterranean area.
